Everyone should list with Joe McGavin! We were referred to Joe from friends in our Allentown neighborhood who had unbelievable results with his method in fall 2020, we sold in spring 2021. The sellers’ market is so hot, but Joe STILL got us (and that friend) more for our property than other top realtors even thought was possible! First, he relied strongly on data from the past 3-4 years, plus market projections for the next few months. The data was undeniable that we should list at his target price, while another realtor told us to list for $35K less. The lower list price seemed to be pulled out of thin air, and was based on the realtor’s “gut” from being in the business for a long time. Joe used data and got us 7-8% over listing! I believe Joe sees the highest potential possible and has the patience to get that for his clients— as opposed to just looking for buyers.
